Casa De Rosa Studios & Apartments are located in Svoronata Kefalonia, just 500 meters from the organized beach of Ai Helis and 8-minute drive from Kefalonia Airport .
The heart of the shopping and tourist centre of Argostoli is just a 15-minute drive away, where you can visit numerous attractions, restaurants, cafes, shops or you can just walk and enjoy the perfect climate and the warm and ever-welcoming local people. It is also very close to the organised resort of Lassi (14 minutes by car), with the endless golden organised beach of Makrys & Platys Gialos.
There is a bus every 30 min for your local transportation to Airport, Lassi and Argostoli.
The location is ideal for excursions to the many beaches of the island's southern coastline, such as the beaches of Ammes beach (2km), Avithos (2,2km), Minies ( 4,9km) and many other sandy beaches in the area.
It is also worth visiting the castle of Agios Georgios or Saint George (6km), where the view is enchanting and the patron saint of Agios Gerasimos (14,8km), following a path that passes through olive groves and vineyards.
It is the ideal base and starting point for discovering the many beauties of the island.
