We have just returned from five nights staying in these beautiful new built studios. We stayed in number 12 on the top floor. It is the largest and best equipped studio we have ever stayed in on any Greek island. Finished to an impeccable high standard they have a really modern airy feel. Our studio had air conditioning, WiFi and a room safe included in the price. It also had a beautiful king sized bed (a first for us in Greece) Cleaning takes place every day by the lovely Maria (so friendly and works super hard)towels and linen are changed every 3 days or more often at a charge. The grounds and gardens are still undergoing completion but are very pleasant. We had a super large balcony in any case with beautiful views of Svoronata. The property is located not far from a handful of restaurants and a supermarket. Our favourite beach Avithos with its beach bar and 2 lovely tavernas was a 25 minute walk away. We did this easily although Greekstones car hire is further up the road from Casa de Rosa if the walk is too much. We had a fabulous stay here......congratulations to the owner you have got everything just perfect. A big thank you to Maria for making our room perfect to come back to after a hard day at the beach. We will definitely be returning next year.
Il signore che ci ha accolto è stato gentilissimo e sorridente, assicurandosi che l'appartamento fosse di nostro gradimento. La struttura esternamente ci aveva già dato una buona impressione, una volta entrati nell'appartamento siamo rimasti senza parole. Bello, pulito, arredato con cura in modo moderno ma semplice. Ci sono tutti gli utensili che servono per organizzare una cena sul terrazzino. Il minimarket è a pochi passi dall'appartamento, come anche dei deliziosi ristoranti immersi nel verde. Per raggiungere il centro occorrono 15/20 minuti di macchina. Sicuramente alloggeremo di nuovo qui quando ci sarà l'occasione di poter tornare in quest'isola splendida.
Сподобалося · Мы были очень довольны пребыванием в апартаментах, очень порадовал кондиционер, оборудованная кухня(тостер, вафельница, чайник, весь набор посуды даже сковородка и кастрюля). Также очень отзывчивый персонал в лице Анны Марии и владельца Костаса) помог с распечатками билетов и другими вопросами. Есть большая стоянка для авто перед домом. Все рядом. Рекомендую
The host is very nice and helpful! Hotel is great and clean, rooms are big and comfortable! The localization is good, it is in walking distance from nice Al Helis beach! :) The check in time and check out time is flexible with a previous contact, which is very good! I can also recomend a nerby car rental Greekstones - fair prices and has a very nice staff!
Νεόκτιστα οικήματα αρκετά μεγάλα λούξ διαμερίσματα. Τιμή πολύ καλή. Καλή εξυπηρέτηση και περιβάλλον 🌎⛵🐬🐳🐟🇬🇷💞⚓
